Wonderland Blue Hat

Another fine hat created by Snoxells of Luton.  Wonderland Blue has a beautiful resemblance of blue sky with a sissal straw crown with a sinemay upturned brim.  This hat is detailed with sinemay loops and a fusion of feathers depicting the hue of blue to natural.
