Joy's Pavilion Black & Pearl Hat SN151

Whilst black, its a delicate millinery piece due to the softness and quality of the veiling.  The hat crown is made from sissal straw and the hat brim is made from stepped sinemay.  This hat is delicately finished off with some tiny pearls and whisps.  Definitely a wedding hat!  An ideal size - its not too big nor is it too small.  A good sized hat for any lady.
